In September 2010, it was found that the hammer crusher used only one year of drive shaft to wear more severely at the seal, and a deep groove of 3 mm appeared. To this end, our company has modified the seal.
1 original sealing device
Before the transformation, the seal of the hammer breaking drive shaft is to add a veneer between the casing and the same as shown in Fig. 1. Due to the certain gap (about 20 mm) between the hammer breaking shell and the drive shaft, the mature material particles accumulate here, and the drive shaft is worn, which shortens the service life of the hammer breaking drive shaft. And fine clinker particles leak from the seal, affecting environmental sanitation.
2 Sealing device after transformation
In order to reduce the wear of clinker on the drive shaft of the hammer crusher, our company has modified the sealing device: take out the steel plate on the outside of the original casing, and add a labyrinth-like ring between the transmission shaft and the casing. The device and the ring device are separated. The ring device is broken on the drive shaft by J506 welding rod to rotate with the drive shaft, and then a steel plate is added in the groove of the ring device to weld the steel plate to the hammer crusher. On the outer casing, see Figure 2. The thickness of the steel sheet and the thickness of the casing are guaranteed to be smaller than the groove width of the annular device.
3 transformation effect
After the modification is completed, the sealing device is welded to the drive shaft. It rotates together with the drive shaft to protect the drive shaft. Even if there is accumulation or leakage, the clinker fines are only wear seals. The sealing device is welded on the transmission shaft. When the wear is serious, only one sealing device can be replaced, which prolongs the service life of the transmission shaft and reduces the maintenance cost.
