Abstract: Users' awareness of their own energy management has increased, and the popularity of user-side power distribution systems in commercial, industrial and residential areas has been promoted. The system designs and installs smart meters for the main energy nodes on the user side, and then monitors the working status, power consumption, water consumption, and gas consumption data collection of each energy circuit in real time through the back-end system. Intelligent management of power distribution system monitoring is realized by real-time monitoring of energy consumption and related power parameters, improving energy safety, reliability, and maintenance efficiency, and reducing labor costs for maintenance. At the same time, through the real-time monitoring of energy use, data collection and storage, the operation status of the power supply and distribution system is clarified, and the data basis for saving power maintenance costs for users is provided. Take the ACREL-3000 intelligent power management system used in the project of Shanghai Xichuan Seals Co., Ltd. as an example. A brief introduction to the user side can be intelligent.

0 Preface

In the industrial production distribution system, the original manual meter reading, data collection has long been unable to meet the current production management system. The intelligentization of power supply and distribution systems and dataization have become the basic requirements for intelligent and data-based production enterprises. The intelligent system can monitor the user's side in real time, accumulate and analyze the data, and provide the administrator with accurate production energy data.

The ACREL-3000 intelligent power management system is a user-side intelligent power management system developed for the above trends. The system displays the energy consumption and operation status of the entire power distribution system in the form of a table or a graph by real-time measurement, storage and analysis of the energy consumption of the incoming and outgoing circuits of the substation of Shanghai Xichuan Sealing Parts Co., Ltd., and quantifies the operating status of the system. Provide data basis for daily management and maintenance of managers.

This article takes Shanghai Xichuan Seals Co., Ltd. as an example to briefly introduce the application of ACREL-3000 intelligent power management system in the distribution system of Shanghai Xichuan Seals Co., Ltd.

1. Project introduction

After obtaining the permission of the Chinese government in December 2002, Shanghai Xichuan Sealing Parts Co., Ltd. established a factory building in the base of 40,000 square meters in Songjiang, Shanghai, with a total investment of 21 million US dollars. It is a high market share in the field of Japanese automotive sealing strips. A new subsidiary of Zui, a 100% invested by Nishikawa Rubber Industries Co., Ltd. The company's main business is the design, development, production, and sales of automotive rubber doors, doors, and body sealants. Following the parent company's business philosophy, Shanghai Xichuan's business objectives are aimed at supplying domestically renowned Japanese automakers. In this project, an intelligent power management system is designed for the important distribution circuits in the production workshop. Through the construction of the system, the energy consumption of the important circuits in the production plant is completed. For the nature of the project, the ACREL-3000 intelligent power management system is used to fulfill the customer's energy metering requirements.

The ACREL-3000 intelligent power management system collects, stores, and processes the data of smart meters, and exports them in the form of graphs and reports, providing managers with specific power consumption details.

2, user needs

After the site survey and communication with the owner in the early stage, the basic needs are analyzed and analyzed into the following aspects:

Remote meter reading of important distribution circuits in each production plant;

Energy collection of each incoming loop, and energy metering;

Real-time data of important loops shows that the loop name is customized;

The working status of each smart meter is displayed in real time;

According to the actual power distribution structure, the power distribution diagram is drawn by region;

Important power parameters of important circuits, current and voltage curves are displayed;

User privilege level management, different levels of privilege to achieve different levels of management operations;

3.2 System Architecture Design

In view of the scale and nature of the construction of Shanghai Xichuan Seals Co., Ltd. and the joint development of subsequent projects, the system department of Ankerui Electric Co., Ltd. based on the needs of users and the experience in the same nature of the project, the building The construction of the intelligent power distribution system is designed as follows: All the monitoring points of Shanghai Xichuan Sealing Co., Ltd. are now equipped with intelligent power meters, and all adopt the standard Modbus-RTU protocol. The smart meters installed on site are connected by hand through the shielded twisted pair cable, and the data bus is directly laid to the substation duty room where the host is located. The data bus transmits data to the system host through a protocol conversion isolator. System diagram 1 is shown.

4, system function

The upper computer software adopts ACREL-3000 intelligent power management system, and completes the functions of software monitoring and power management in the upper computer through device configuration, database variable configuration and interface design.

4.1 Features

ACREL-3000 intelligent power management system adopts full Chinese interface, which is easy to operate and stable and reliable. Click the corresponding shortcut button to enter the corresponding system function module; the system has a system diagram display, simulation diagram display and network structure diagram display; the system has a friendly man-machine interface, and the display data is intuitive and convenient for users to consult.

4.2 Software features:

4.2.1 Communication diagram

The communication diagram is a topology diagram showing whether the communication between the system and the instrument is normal. The change of the color of the interface module reflects the running status of each monitoring point of the entire system. The interface is shown in Figure 2.

4.2.2 Monitoring details

The monitoring details reflect the name of the entire system distribution circuit, the corresponding distribution system, and the main electrical parameters of the circuit. Through the display of real-time data, the operation data of each monitoring loop of the project is visually reflected, which is convenient for the manager to know the running status of the system in real time. The interface is shown in Figure 3.

4.2.3 Parameter meter reading

The parameter report reflects the operational data of the monitoring loop of the project at a certain point in time, and the real-time parametric data at a current or past time point reflects the loop status. The main data includes: three-phase voltage, three-phase current, electric energy, active power, reactive power, power compensation factor, frequency. The interface is shown in Figure 4.

4.2.4 Energy Report

The energy report is the management of the power consumption in the form of a report. The report can realize the functions of monthly meter reading, daily meter reading, hour meter reading, etc., and can be exported or printed in Excel at any time during the system operation. The interface is shown in Figure 5.

5, the conclusion

The intelligent, transparent and high-efficiency requirements of the industrial building distribution system have prompted the market to provide corresponding solutions. At present, the company mainly installs smart meters in the power supply and distribution system of industrial buildings, that is, the entrance and exit nodes of substations, and uses computer network integration technology to provide customers with remote meter reading, data storage, data processing and other services to help customers grasp the building in real time. The energy use situation enables intelligent management of building energy.

Shanghai Xichuan Seals Co., Ltd. intelligent power management system realizes real-time collection, storage, display and export of power distribution system data. A smart meter is installed at an important node of the power distribution system, and thus a real-time data monitoring system of the power distribution system. At the same time of system design, installation and commissioning, the parameters of the power distribution system are also combed and checked in detail; the verification of the power supply system is carried out by checking the power parameters of the site. The system realizes the analysis and processing of the collected data, displays the power usage status of each distribution circuit of the owner in real time, and generates various energy reports. The installation of the system facilitates the collection of various power parameters. Through the analysis and research of the data, the management party formulates the corresponding production process adjustment plan. The system is safe, reliable and stable. It also solves the problem of unclear specific power consumption of each distribution circuit for the end users of the distribution system, and provides a real and reliable basis for the maintenance of the power system and the development of reasonable property services.
